Ideal for medium pressures

The "Series 2" rupture disc has a removable membrane made of Graphilor®, Mersen's impregnated graphite. The holder and the grid are reusable. Only the membrane has to be changed in case of a rupture.

Ideal for very high pressures

The Series 5 Rupture Disc is made of a single block of Mersen's impregnated Graphilor®. Easy to store and assemble, the Series 5 Rupture Disc is ideal for very high pressures, from 1.2 barg to 100 barg, and is available in active diameters from 1 to 24" (25 to 600mm).

Ideal for medium pressures

The Series 3 Rupture Disc is made of a single block of Mersen's impregnated Graphilor®. Easy to store and assemble, the Series 3 Rupture Disc is ideal for medium pressures, from 0.08 barg to 40 barg, and is available in active diameters from 1 to 24" (25 to 600mm).

Ideal for medium pressures

The Series 4 Rupture Disc is made of a single block of Mersen's impregnated graphilor®. Easy to store and assemble, the Series 4 Rupture Disc is vacuum resistant and ideal for medium pressures, from 0.35 barg to 40 barg, and is available in active diameters from 1 to 24" (25 to 600mm)

Ideal for low pressures

The "Series 1" rupture disc has a removable membrane made of graphilor®, Mersen's impregnated graphite. The support and the grid are reusable. Only the membrane has to be changed in case of rupture.

Ideal for medium pressures and high corrosive fluids

The Series 6 Rupture Disc is made of a single block unimpregnated graphite. Coated with PFA protection, this rupture disk, the Series 6 Rupture Disc is ideal for medium pressures and high corrosive fluids, from 0.08 barg to 40 barg, and is available in active diameters from 1 to 24" (25 to 600mm).

Ideal for medium and high pressures

The "Series 7" rupture plug is composed of a removable membrane made of Graphilor®, Mersen's impregnated graphite. The support is reusable. Only the membrane has to be changed in case of rupture.

The 7 Series rupture plug is ideal for medium and high pressures, from 1.4 barg to 80 barg, and is available in 2 sizes: ½" active diameter and ¾" diameter (12.7mm and 19mm).

When the operating temperature exceeds 165°C, a thermal insulation system must be provided.

The thermal insulation device maintains the temperature of the safety disk at a temperature compatible with its operation.

The rupture detector is the ideal tool to locate in real time the rupture of your discs.

It is available on all of our series of bursting discs, from 25 to 600mm diameter. It is installed on the disc between the 2 flanges.
